Die Auto-Bachem GmbH ist ein seit 1971 in der Personenbeförderung tätiges Familienunternehmen. Regional befördern wir z. B. Schülerinnen und Schüler im täglichen Linienverkehr zu ihren Schulen. Die Bereiche Bustouristik, Autovermietung und unsere neue XXL-Waschanlage machen unsere Firma komplett.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt: DISPONENT (M/W/D) IN VOLLZEIT FÜR DEN SCHÜLERSPEZIALVERKEHR

Ihre Aufgaben:

Planung und Organisation von Linien und Touren

selbstständige Koordination von Fahrpersonal, Einsatz-, Urlaubs- und Vertretungsplanung

Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für die Rechnungsstellung und Fakturierung

Verantwortung eines eigenen Aufgabenbereichs

eigenverantwortliche Kommunikation mit unserem Fahrpersonal

Sie bringen mit:

eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und gute Excel-Kenntnisse

ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit

geografisches Verständnis und logistisches Geschick

ein aufmerksames und freundliches Auftreten, eine Hands-on-Mentalität und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Freude am Arbeiten im Team - wir suchen Teamplayer statt Einzelkämpfer!
