Wir sind ein familiengeführtes Busunternehmen, welches 1962 gegründet wurde. Im Laufe der Jahre entwickelte sich die Firma vom Kleinbetrieb zu einem der größten Busunternehmen in Nordrhein-Westfalen.

Unser Betrieb verfügt über drei große Betriebshöfe in Gladbeck, Bottrop und Duisburg, die allesamt mit modernsten Einrichtungen, die zur Pflege und Instandhaltung eines Fuhrparks benötigt werden, ausgestattet sind. Der Fuhrpark umfasst über 110 Fahrzeuge.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Disponenten in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Dienst- und Personalplanung unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Organisation und Überwachung des Fahrbetriebs
  • Durchführung von Ersatzmaßnahmen im laufenden Betrieb bei Störfällen oder Unregelmäßigkeiten
  • Betreuung des eigenen Fuhrparks
  • Durchführung der Urlaubsplanung für das Fahrpersonal

Dein Profil:

  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Fahrdienstleistung oder Disposition eines Busbetriebes
  • Hohe Motivation sowie Bereitschaft zur Aneignung umfassender busspezifischer Kenntnisse
  • Grundkenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Anwendung
  • Gepflegtes und freundliches Erscheinungsbild
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse D wünschenswert
