What You Can Expect :

  • Disposition und Steuerung von nationalen und internationalen Transportaufträgen
  • Organisation und Koordination von Kundenanfragen und Sendungen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Transportaufträgen
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden im Tagesgeschäft
  • Sendungserfassung sowie Bearbeitung im System
  • Unterstützung bei der Sendungsverfolgung und Terminüberwachung
  • Kommunikation mit Frachtführern, Kunden und internen Schnittstellen
  • Klärung logistischer und abrechnungsrelevanter Sachverhalte gemeinsam mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Frachtvereinbarungen

What You Bring:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise im Bereich Spedition / Logistik
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Disposition oder Transportlogistik von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im europäischen Transportmarkt
