Du kennst die LKW-Disposition, behältst auch bei kurzfristigen Änderungen den Überblick und weißt, wie Fahrer, Fahrzeuge und Aufträge optimal zusammenspielen?

Dann verstärke unser Team als Disponent (m/w/d) im LKW-Nahverkehr .

  • DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Du planst und optimierst die täglichen Touren im Nahverkehr.
  • Du koordinierst Fahrer, Fahrzeuge und Transportaufträge.
  • Du reagierst auf Verspätungen, Änderungen und kurzfristige Anforderungen und findest schnell passende Lösungen.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Fahrer, Kunden und interne Bereiche.
  • Du achtest auf Termine, Fahrzeugauslastung und eine wirtschaftliche Tourenplanung.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Transportdokumente und Frachtpapiere.

  • DAS BRINGST DU MIT
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Logistikbereich
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der LKW-Disposition
  • Gute geografische Kenntnisse in NRW und dem Bundesgebiet
  • Erfahrung in der wirtschaftlichen Touren- und Einsatzplanung
  • Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Dispositionssoftware und MS Office
