  • renommierten Kunden in Düsseldorf in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Zentrale Koordination und Steuerung der LKW-Verkehre am Nordtor
  • Prüfung und digitale Erfassung von Liefer- und Frachtpapieren
  • Durchführung der Zugangskontrolle
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Wareneingangs- und Versanddokumenten
  • (IT-gestützt)
  • Bearbeitung von Sonder- und Ausnahmefällen
  • Erkennen, Bewerten und Kommunizieren von Störungen im operativen
  • Ablauf

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Mittlere Reife und abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Speditions- oder Logistikbereich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Fahrern und internen Abteilungen
