Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Disponenten (m/w/d) , der/die nicht nur über Erfahrung in der Disposition verfügt, sondern auch einen eigenen Kundenstamm mitbringt.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Disposition und Planung: Optimale Steuerung und Einsatzplanung unserer Fahrzeuge oder Dienstleistungen.
  • Kundenbetreuung: Pflege und Ausbau Ihres mitgebrachten Kundenstamms sowie Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden.
  • Marktanalyse: Identifikation von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Entwicklung neuer Partnerschaften.
  • Kommunikation: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fahrern, Speditionen und anderen Abteilungen.
  • Problemlösung: Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs bei Störungen oder unerwarteten Ereignissen.

### Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Disponent (m/w/d) in der [Transport-/Logistik-/Dienstleistungsbranche].
  • Kundenstamm: Ein gut gepflegtes Netzwerk von Kunden, die Sie mitbringen und weiterentwickeln möchten.
  • Organisation: Hohes Maß an Planungs- und Koordinationsgeschick, auch in stressigen Situationen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Verhandlungssicheres Auftreten und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten.
  • Technische Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit Dispositionssoftware und den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen.
  • Sprachen: Gute Deutsch- Englischkenntnisse
