  • Ihr Wirkungsbereich
  • Selbstständige Disposition unseres Eigenfuhrparks unter Berücksichtigung betriebswirtschaftlicher und logistischer Anforderungen
  • Effiziente Einsatzplanung des Fahrerpersonals, einschließlich Abstimmung, Erstellung und Optimierung von Schicht- und Tourenplänen
  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von Kundenaufträgen von der Annahme bis zur Auslieferung
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie aktive Mitwirkung an Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung und Prozessverbesserung
  • Das bringen Sie ins Team
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im logistischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung in der Spedition, Transportlogistik oder Disposition – idealerweise im Nahverkehr
  • Gute geografische Kenntnisse sowie eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur effizienten Routen- und Tourenplanung
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein professioneller, lösungsorientierter Umgang mit Fahrer und Kunden
