Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt besetzen wir die neu geschaffene Position eines Disponent (m/w/d) Spedition am Standort Linthe-Alt Bork . In dieser Funktion sorgst du dafür, dass Transporte zuverlässig geplant, koordiniert und umgesetzt werden. Du behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn es mal schnell gehen muss – und bringst Menschen, Fahrzeuge und Termine effizient zusammen.

#### Jobbeschreibung

  • Disposition des nationalen und internationalen Charterverkehrs sowie Bearbeitung der Frachtenbörse
  • Einteilung der Fahrer und Bearbeitung der Lenk- und Ruhezeiten
  • Überwachung der bestehenden Touren hinsichtlich festgelegter Zeitschranken
  • Kommunikation zwischen Partnern und Frachtführern im In- und Ausland

#### Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditions- oder Verkehrskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik sowie in der Nutzung einer Frachtenbörse
  • Zuverlässigkeit, hohe Arbeitsmotivation und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig
