Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Absicherungscalls auf Basis definierter
  • Fragekataloge
  • Vorbereitung sowie Datenpflege und Dokumentation in Microsoft Excel
  • Abstimmung mit Hausverwaltungen und Eigentümern zur Einsatzplanung
  • Koordination mit internen Ansprechpartnern und
  • Außendienstmitarbeitern
  • Nachhalten offener Rückmeldungen sowie Überwachung der
  • Bearbeitungsstände

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und den gängigen
  • Office-Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsstärke
  • Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Gesprächsführung anhand von
  • Fragekatalogen
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation von Arbeitsständen und Ergebnissen
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der telefonischen
