Disponent Nahverkehr (m/w/d)

  • Zweck und Ziel der Stelle
  • Für unseren Kunden suchen wir in Direktvermittlung einen Disponenten (m/w/d) im Nahverkehr.
  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Planung und Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Transporte mit unterschiedlichen Verkehrsträgern
  • Organisation und administrative Abwicklung der täglichen Disposition
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Auslieferung
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Logistikdienstleistern und Kunden
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, insbesondere Vertrieb und Buchhaltung
  • Kontrolle von Frachtpapieren, Frachtrechnungen und weiteren transportrelevanten Unterlagen
  • Bearbeitung und Klärung von Reklamationen
  • Organisation und Koordination des Warenflusses für unsere Kunden
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Transportmanagementsoftware
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spedition, Transport oder Logistik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Transportmanagementsystem ist von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent sowie ein gutes Verständnis für logistische Abläufe
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Kunden, Dienstleistern und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
