Über den Job

Du disponierst die regionalen Zustelltouren im Großraum Neumüster inklusive der Avisierung für Großkunden und Privatempfänger

Korrektur von Eingangsdaten, die Bearbeitung von Nachlieferungen, sowie die Pflege von Gefahrgutdaten

Du überwachst die Zustellqualität in deinem Gebiet, z.B. durch Analyse der Stopp-Auslastung der Fahrzeuge sowie die Auswertung von Premiumdiensten

Du führst regelmäßig Sichtkontrollen der Fahrzeuge, sowie der Lagerplätze durch und stehst im Austausch mit dem Hallenpersonal

Du agierst als Ansprechpartner für unsere externen Fahrer, führst anderseits aber auch bei Bedarf kritische Gespräch (z.B. bei Qualitätsproblemen)

Die Unterstützung von Preisverhandlungen rundet dein Aufgabengebiet ab

Über Dich

Du hast deine Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen, oder verfügst bereits über Erfahrung als Disponent in einer Spedition

Du bist bereit, abwechselnd in Frühschicht und Tagschicht zu arbeiten

Als Organisationstalent behältst du auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und stellst unsere Zustellqualität sicher

Du arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst, eigenständig und Lösungsorientiert

Mit deinem hohen Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit stellst du einen effektiven Austausch mit unserem Hallenpersonal sowie externen Fahrern sicher
