Die Kontinent Spedition GmbH mit Sitz in Jena sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Disponenten Sammelgut National (m/w/d).
Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Selbständige Betreuung und Bearbeitung nationaler Sammelgutverkehre
- Versandaufträge national (Dokumente unter Beachtung der Versandinstruktion sowie sonstiger Vorgaben erstellen)
- Auftragsabwicklung für regionale Lieferungen mit eigenen Verkehren, sowie für deutschlandweite Lieferungen über angeschlossene Netzwerke
- Anwendung integrierter Datenverarbeitungssysteme
- Allgemeine Disposition (auch fachübergreifend, d.h. Prioritäten erkennen, Termine koordinieren, Informationen steuern)
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten
- Nutzung und Anwendung verschiedener Computerprogramme und Kommunikationstechniken
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Schadensmeldungen
Profil:
- Einschlägige Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung und Berufskraftfahrer mit Berufserfahrung als Disponent
- Kenntnisse in der Disposition von Landverkehr
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-, Spätschicht); MO-FR
- Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse von MS Office und branchenspezifischer Software
