An unserem Hauptsitz in Neustadt an der Donau beschäftigen wir aktuell rund 400 Mitarbeiter und suchen dich als Teil unseres Teams.

## Deine Rolle in unserem Team

  • Angebotserfassung und -pflege, Ordermanagement sowie Nachverfolgung von Serviceaufträgen
  • Einsatzplanung der Techniker im SAP und Field Service Management Tool
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung im Bereich Service
  • Wichtige Schnittstellen- und Kommunikationsverantwortung für interne und externe Kunden
  • Reklamationsmanagement
  • Administrative Archivierung der Aufträge und Datenübertragung ins SAP
  • Teilnahme an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen von Prozessen

## Deshalb passt du zu uns

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische/kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, idealerweise in der Dienstleistung im industriellen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office Programmen
  • Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit
