Verantwortlicher für den Materialversand aus Entwicklung und HIB als Schnittstelle zwischen Anforderern, Zoll, Logistik und Spedition
Zusammenarbeit mit der Exportabteilung und Bearbeitung von Im- & Export sowie inländischen Sendungen
Organisation und Beauftragung von Großgerättransporten
Eigenständige Auftragsabwicklung und Auftragssachbearbeitung
Zollabwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Zollabteilung
Rechnungsprüfung und Reklamationsbearbeitung
Stammdatenpflege und -verwaltung sowie weitere administrative Aufgaben
Organisation von Messetransporten und Lager
Weitere administrative Aufgaben in der Operativen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau, Bürokaufmann/-frau bzw. nachweisbare berufliche Erfahrung in den genannten Bereichen
Praktische Erfahrung in grenzüberschreitenden Luft- und Straßentransporten
Sicheres Tracking und Überwachung der Transportaufträge
Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in den gängigen Zollverfahren
Selbständige, konzentrierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise auch unter Zeitdruck
Analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur Kommunikation
Geschick in Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen EDV-Programme sowie gute Kenntnisse in SAP R3
Bereitschaft, andere Mitarbeiter/-innen in ihren Tätigkeiten zu unterstützen bzw. zu vertreten
