What You Can Expect :

  • Tatkräftig unterstützt Du uns bei der täglichen Tourenerstellung für die Endkundenbelieferung.
  • Du verantwortest die Vor- und Nachbesprechung der Touren und suchst stets nach Optimierungsmöglichkeiten.
  • Dabei bist Du der kompetente Ansprechpartner für unsere Kraftfahrer und Subunternehmer.
  • Durch die Übernahme der Termin- und Qualitätsüberwachung sowie der kaufmännischen Bürotätigkeiten stellst Du einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.
  • Weiterhin bist Du zuständig für die Überwachung der Touren, die Kontrolle der Fahrzeuge sowie die telefonische Kunden-Avisierung.

What You Bring:

  • Deine Basis stellt eine erfolgreiche kaufmännische Ausbildung dar, beispielsweise zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
  • Dabei ist fundierte Berufserfahrung als Disponent wünschenswert.
  • Du verfügst über gute regionale und geografische Kenntnisse und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office.
  • Außerdem bringst Du eine hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung mit und behältst auch in turbulenten Zeiten den Überblick.
  • Nicht zuletzt bist Du bereit, im wechselnden Schichtdienst (Früh- und Spätschicht) zu arbeiten.
