What You Can Expect :

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören die Planung von Hauptläufen und Liefertouren für die Filialbelieferung.
Darüber hinaus übernimmst Du die Einsatzplanung des Fahrpersonals und behältst den Fuhrpark im Blick.
Die Vor- und Nachbereitung der Touren liegt ebenfalls in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich – dabei suchst Du kontinuierlich nach Möglichkeiten, Touren und Netzwerke weiter zu optimieren.
Als kompetente Ansprechperson stehst Du unseren Kunden, Kraftfahrern und Fuhrunternehmern jederzeit zur Seite.
Mit Deinem Organisationstalent sorgst du dafür, dass interne Qualitätsstandards, Arbeitsprozesse und gesetzliche Vorgaben zuverlässig eingehalten werden.

What You Bring:

Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik.
Optimalerweise konntest Du bereits Berufserfahrung in der Disposition im Nah- und Fernverkehr sammeln.
Gute geografische Kenntnisse zeichnen Dich aus und Du gehst sicher mit MS Office sowie transportspezifischen IT-Anwendungen um.
Darüber hinaus verfügst Du über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Ein hohes Maß an Engagement sowie die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell und flexibel auf neue Anforderungen einzustellen, bringst Du ebenfalls mit.
Auch in dynamischen Situationen behältst Du den Überblick und triffst umsichtige Entscheidungen.
