What You Can Expect :

  • Die Disposition und optimale Einsatzplanung unserer Fahrzeuge liegt in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Eingehende und ausgehende Fahrzeuge fertigst Du zuverlässig und termingerecht ab.
  • Durch die sorgfältige Prüfung von Touren stellst Du einen reibungslosen Transportablauf sicher.
  • Termine und Transportabläufe behältst Du jederzeit im Blick und sorgst für die Einhaltung vereinbarter Zeitfenster.
  • Mit Deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise unterstützt Du eine effiziente und kundenorientierte Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts.
  • Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeitest Du eng mit Fahrern, Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern zusammen.

What You Bring:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, bildet die Grundlage für Deinen beruflichen Werdegang.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Disposition oder in einem speditionellen Umfeld ist für diese Position zwingend erforderlich.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office gehört für Dich zum Arbeitsalltag; idealerweise verfügst Du zudem über Erfahrung mit Transportmanagement-Systemen.
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus.
  • Auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld behältst Du den Überblick und setzt Prioritäten sicher und verantwortungsbewusst.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit runden Dein Profil ab.
