Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zwei Disponent(inn)en (m/w/d) für die Brandner Kleinbus GmbH & Co. KG in Mindelheim

Aufgabenbereich :

  • Planen, Aktualisieren und Optimieren der Kleinbustouren
  • Disposition der Kleinbusfahrer und Fahrzeuge
  • Überwachung der korrekten Einhaltung der Tourenplänen in Absprache mit den Einsatzleitern durch Auswertung und Erstellung von Reports
  • Überprüfung der monatlich gearbeiteten Stunden der Mitarbeiter
  • Auswerten der Arbeitszeitnachweiße und die Pflege der Arbeitszeitkonten
  • Vorbereitung der Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Weiterleitung von Unfallmeldungen und Koordinierung der weiteren erforderlichen Maßnahmen
  • Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen
  • Einweisung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Fallweises Durchführen von Bewerbergesprächen (Kombifahrer, Begleitpersonen)

Qualifikation :

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich und ggf. Berufserfahrung
  • Sie haben organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft zeichnen sie aus
  • Sie sind teamfähig und arbeiten eigenständig
  • Sie haben eine organisierte, kunden und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
