### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Fahrzeugbestellungen und -auslieferungen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs von der Bestellung bis zu Fahrzeugübergabe
  • Überprüfung und Pflege der Bestands- und Auftragsdaten in unserem System
  • Erstellung der Fahrzeugrechnungen und Einreichung der Leasing- und Finanzierungsanträge
  • Beantragung und Überprüfung von Verkaufsfördermaßnahmen
  • Kontrolle der fahrzeugbezogenen Eingangsbelege
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkauf und Ansprechpartner für den Hersteller

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung als Disponent im Autohaus von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie Einsatzbereitschaft
