PURPOSE OF POSITION: A Distribution Center Assistant is responsible for processing incoming shipments and executing the daily restocking of merchandise for the resort's retail stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Prioritize orders to process based on label information
• •Count and perform quality control on all items in each order
• •Receive merchandise on computer system and print barcode labels
• •Verify receiving log with invoice to ensure accuracy from both the vendor and our PO
• •Tag each item with its corresponding barcode/hangtag label
• •Backstock merchandise in designated area
• •Pull and transfer merchandise for all stores using daily restocking reports
• •Transfer merchandise on the computer system to individual store locations
• •Prepare transfer tubs for each store and place in designated area for expediter pick-up
• •Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS :

• •Previous retail/warehouse experience preferred
• •Previous experience in the ski industry preferred
• •Forklift experience preferred
• •Must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• •Proficient with basic technology (Point of Sale system, Microsoft Office, Teams)

Continuous mobility throughout the warehouse, including twisting, bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, and reaching during shift

• •Must be able to lift and carry up at least 40lbs
• •Must be able to use a ladder

• •Ability to work independently without supervision
• •Must be at least 21 years old

• •11/1/2026 – 4/20/2027
• •Part Time (20 hours a week)

PAY RATE:

$20.00 per hour
