Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digitizing Records Specialist to join our Document Management Services (DMS) team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high-volume production pace, ensuring the accurate preparation and scanning of hard copy records, and achieving a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM (10,000 KPH) .

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• •Perform Document Transformation: Sort and prepare hard copy records by removing staples and filing documents to ensure they are ready for high-quality electronic imaging.
• •Collaborate for Operational Excellence: Work closely with Imaging Center personnel to provide production updates and clarify job-specific tasks, ensuring all conversion objectives are met.
• •Ensure Process Integrity: Adhere to all Imaging Center guidelines and organizational standards to maintain a clean work environment and ensure internal documentation and tracking are accurately completed.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• •1+ years of experience in a high-volume production, data entry, or document imaging environment.
• •Strong knowledge of PC operations and document scanning hardware, with the ability to maintain record order and sequence throughout the digitization process.
• •Proven ability in working independently at a sustained pace to meet strict production rates while delivering high-quality digital outputs.
• •High School Diploma or equivalent

What We Offer :

• •Salary: $18 per hour.
• •Role Duration: The role is temp to hire , with potential for conversion to a full-time role with benefits after a performance review and project needs
• •Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. (opportunities for a PM shift will arise)
