## Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Etablierung, Erweiterung und Pflege konditionaler Mauslinien
  • Zeitlich abgestimmte Verpaarungen, Embryonenstadierung und koordinierte Gewebeentnahme über verschiedene Entwicklungsstadien hinweg
  • Molekulare, zelluläre und histologische Charakterisierung embryonaler und extraembryonaler Gewebe
  • Kultivierung und genetische Manipulation muriner Stammzelllinien (CRISPR/Cas9-Editing, klonale Validierung)
  • Funktionelle und phänotypische Assays, einschließlich Durchflusszytometrie, Bildgebung und Expressionsanalysen
  • Vorbereitung von Proben für Genomik, Epigenomik und Metabolomik-Pipelines
  • Integration und Interpretation von Multi-Omics-Datensätzen in Zusammenarbeit mit bioinformatischen Partnern
  • Betreuung von Bachelor- und Masterstudierenden in Labortechniken
  • Mitwirkung an wissenschaftlichen Publikationen und Präsentation von Ergebnissen bei Gruppentreffen und externen Veranstaltungen
  • Beteiligung an Lehrtätigkeiten innerhalb des Instituts für Physiologische Chemie

## Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Ein Masterabschluss in Biologie, Biochemie, Pharmazie, Medizin oder einer verwandten naturwissenschaftlichen Disziplin
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Mausentwicklung und Molekularbiologie
  • Die Bereitschaft zur experimentellen Arbeit mit Versuchstieren (präklinische Mausmodelle) ist erforderlich; eine FELASA-B-Zertifizierung (oder gleichwertig) ist von Vorteil, kann aber vor Ort erworben werden
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Zellkultur
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Neugier, eine verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsethik und echte Leidenschaft für die Forschung
  • Interesse an eigenständiger Bearbeitung wissenschaftlicher Fragestellungen
  • Grundlegende bioinformatische Kenntnisse (z. B. R, Python oder Kommandozeilen-Handhabung von Sequenzierungsdaten)
