Description

JOB SUMMARY:

To assist visitors with entering and exiting the building.

DUTIES (NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Upon start of each shift, get an updated census from the office.
  • Stay in the front lobby area at all times.
  • Watch the front door, and answer the doorbell, welcoming visitors to our facility.
  • Assist them in finding locations as needed. You may not leave the front lobby.
  • Be vigilant in keeping the code confidential. Do not give it to anyone who is not a current employee of the facility.
  • Answer the facility telephone and transfer calls to proper locations.
  • Have some computer skills.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write functional English

Requirements

Ability to speak and read English, handle a multi-line phone and out-going.

Looking to hire every other weekend 9a-5p and some week day afternoons 430p-8p
