What the role demands

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications. They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

• •Should have 3+ years of experience designing and delivering consumer or enterprise products in cross-functional teams from start to finish.
• •Should able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects.
• •Team player with great communication skills.
• •Should have superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• •Translate application use cases into functional applications .
• •Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code .
• •Refactor legacy code, transitioning from MVC to API-driven development .
• •Integrate data storage solutions SQL Server (may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.)
• •Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications .
• •Identify bottlenecks/bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues .

Technical Skills Required

• •Strong knowledge of object-oriented development using C# and .NET Framework .
• •Strong knowledge of SQL and SQL Server .
• •Strong knowledge of API-driven development (REST, WebAPI, JSON, XML)
• •Familiarity with MVC in .NET
• •Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application .
• •Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes,
• •Experience writing unit tests and using automated testing platforms .
