### Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte

Als Dozent (m/w/d) für Maler und Lackierer unterstützen Sie Auszubildende im Rahmen der [Maßnahme AsAflex](https://daa-nordost.de/bildungsangebote/angebote-fuer-jugendliche/asa-flex-assistierte-ausbildung) am Vor- oder Nachmittag und vertiefen Ausbildungsinhalte mit individuell abgestimmten Lernangeboten auf ihrem Weg zum Ausbildungsziel. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört:

  • Selbstständige und individuelle Durchführung von Unterricht für Auszubildende
  • Prüfungsvorbereitung für Auszubildende
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den multiprofessionellen Teams zur Planung und Umsetzung der individuellen Förderung
  • Dokumentationsaufgaben (Lernfortschritte, Lehrberichte)

### Ihr Profil

Sie sind Expert\*in in Ihrer Profession, sind vor-, nachmittags oder abends verfügbar und möchten neben Ihrem Berufsalltag Wissen an die nächste Generation weitergeben. Sie verfügen über:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maler oder Lackierer (m/w/d)
  • Ausbildereignung und Berufserfahrung
  • Unterrichtserfahrung und Erfahrung mit der Zielgruppe
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Kompetenz im Umgang und in der Wissensvermittlung mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen
  • Verantwortungsbereitschaft zur individuellen Förderung der Teilnehmer\*innen
  • Flexibilität und Verfügbarkeit nachmittags/abends nach Bedarf
  • Gute EDV-Anwenderkompetenz (MS Office, Internet, E-Mail, MSSV)
  • Sicheres Auftreten
