  • Praxisnaher Unterricht in der Fachpraxis Pflege für Pflegehelfer\*innen, mit Fokus auf sichere, kompetenzorientierte Handlungsausführung und Lernortverknüpfung Theorie–Praxis.

Aufgaben

  • Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Fachpraxis-Unterricht (Demonstration, Übungsanleitung, Skills-Training)
  • Anleitung und Begleitung von Lernenden in praktischen Lernsituationen (z. B. Pflege, Mobilisation, Prophylaxen, Vitalzeichen, Hygiene)
  • Durchführung von Praxisüberprüfungen/Leistungsnachweisen inkl. Beurteilung nach festgelegten Kriterien
  • Lernprozessbegleitung und Feedbackgespräche (ressourcenorientiert, sprachsensibel)
  • Sicherstellung von Hygiene-, Arbeits- und Patient\*innensicherheitsstandards
  • Dokumentation des Unterrichts und der Lernstände im schulinternen System (z. B. digitaler Nachweis/Lerninstrument)
  • Abstimmung mit Team, Kursleitung und Praxispartnern; Beitrag zur Qualitätssicherung
