Deine Aufgaben

  • Du vermittelst praxisnah und motivierend Fachwissen im Eisenbahnwesen (theoretisch und praktisch).
  • Du führst Unterricht mit vorbereiteten Unterlagen und bringst deine Erfahrung sinnvoll ein.
  • Du begleitest Teilnehmer durch die Ausbildung, gibst Feedback und sorgst für Lernfortschritt.
  • Du führst Leistungsbewertungen durch.
  • Du unterstützt unsere E-Learning-Abteilung bei der Erstellung/Weiterentwicklung von Lernmaterialien.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Dozenten und dem Bildungsträger zusammen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Triebfahrzeugführer , Wagenmeister oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Eisenbahnwesen.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung (mehr ist willkommen).
  • AEVO (Ausbildereignungsprüfung) oder Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und neuen Lernmedien gegenüber aufgeschlossen.
  • Ständige Weiterentwicklung deines Bahnwissens ist für Dich Selbstverständnis.
  • Zusatzqualifikationen wie LZB / ETCS sind wünschenswert.
