Das Pädagogische Kolleg Rostock, als Teil der Europäischen Stiftung für Innovative Bildung (EuSiB), ist eine Berufliche Schule für Sozialwesen mit den Ausbildungsgängen Sozialassistenz, Pflegefachmann/-frau, Erzieher\*in und Heilerziehungspflege.

Für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Ausbildungsgangs Heilerziehungspflege suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Kollegin oder einen engagierten Kollegen als

Dozent\*in für den fachrichtungsbezogenen Unterricht in der Heilerziehungspflege.

Uns ist besonders wichtig, eine Persönlichkeit zu gewinnen, die die Ausbildung zur Heilerziehungspflege aktiv gestalten und gemeinsam mit unserem Teamweiterentwickeln möchte.

Wir wünschen uns:

  • ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Heilpädagogik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang,
  • Freude an Ausbildung und Begleitung junger Menschen auf dem Weg in einen sozialen Beruf,
  • ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Offenheit für kollegiale Zusammenarbeit,
  • technische Affinität, insbesondere im Umgang mit digitalen Medien und KI-gestützten Lernformen

Sie arbeiten:

  • (auch) nach reformpädagogischen Grundsätzen,
  • mit einer positiven Einstellung zu geöffnetem Unterricht und handlungsorientierten Lernformen,
  • selbstständig, strukturiert und zielorientiert,
  • und denken fachübergreifend
