Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Dozenten (m/w/d) für Sachkunde § 34a GewO in Festanstellung oder Honorarbasis in Offenbach a. M.

Als Dozent werden Sie für die Schulung und Weiterbildung unserer Teilnehmer in den Bereichen Sicherheit und Schutz verantwortlich sein.

Sie sollten fundierte Kenntnisse in den relevanten Bereichen haben und in der Lage sein, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Weiterbildungen im Bereich Sicherheit und Schutz
  • Entwicklung von Lehrmaterialien und Unterrichtsplänen
  • Bewertung von Teilnehmerleistungen und Durchführung von Prüfungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Dozenten und Mitarbeitern

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung als Dozent in den Bereichen Sachkunde § 34a GewO und Schutz und Sicherheit
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in der Vermittlung von Lehrinhalten und Erstellung von Lehrmaterialien
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in einem Team
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Empathie im Umgang mit den Teilnehmern
