Wir suchen für ein inhabergeführtes, mittelständisches Unternehmen in der Region Neumarkt, dessen Schwerpunkt in der Produktion von hochwertigen Kunststoffspritzgussteilen liegt, einen Draht- und Senkerodierer.

Unser Angebot:

  • Geplante Übernahme durch das Kundenunternehmen
  • Stundenlohn von 18-22€ - nach Berufserfahrung

Deine Aufgabe:

  • Neubau, Optimierung, Wartung und Instandhaltung von Kunststoffspritzguss- und Aludruckgusswerkzeugen
  • Montage / Demontage der Werkzeuge
  • Schadensfeststellung an den Werkzeugen / Austausch von Ersatzteilen
  • Ausführen von Werkbankarbeiten (einpassen / tuschieren) und serienreifes Abstimmen der Bauteile
  • Herstellen von Ersatzteile mit konventionellen Werkzeugmaschinen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker – Formentechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Formenneubau oder in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Kunststoffspritzgusswerkzeugen
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein mit verantwortungsvoller, gewissenhafter und genauer Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
  • Eigenes Fahrzeug zum Erreichen des Arbeitsplatzes
