Drahtzieher/in (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • · Bearbeitung von Drähten
  • · Kontrolle und Abgleich zwischen Arbeitsauftragskarte und Material (Draht)
  • · Maßprüfung an neuen eingezogenen Materialien
  • · Fortlaufende Überwachung der Maschine
  • · Kontrolle eines jeden Drahtringes auf Maßhaltigkeit und sichtbare Fehler während der Fertigung
  • · Übergabe benutzter Ziehsteine in sauberem Zustand an die Ziehsteinpoliererei
  • · Pflege und Instandhaltung der Ziehmaschinen, Hilfseinrichtungen und Messgeräte

Anforderung:

  • · Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Metalltechnik Fachrichtung Umformtechnik, Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • · Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Ziehmaschinen
  • · Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Computern
  • · Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • · Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • · Sorgfältige, selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • · Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Integrationsfähigkeiten
  • · Flexibilität, Engagement und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

Arbeitszeit:

Vollzeit, 40 Stunden, Schichtarbeit
