Deine Aufgaben
> Fertigung von präzisen Dreh- und Frästeilen an CNC-gesteuerten Drehmaschinen
> Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen unserer Maschinen (DMG CTX, Index G220)
> Optimierung und Anpassung bestehender NC-Programme
> Sicherstellen der geforderten Maßgenauigkeit und Oberflächenqualität
> Durchführung der eigenverantwortlichen Qualitätskontrolle mittels gängiger Messmittel
> Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen
> Mitarbeit im rollierenden 3-Schichtbetrieb zur Sicherstellung der Produktionskontinuität

Dein Profil
> Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metalltechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
> Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zerspanungstechnik, idealerweise an CNC-Drehmaschinen
> Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Steuerungen (z. B. Siemens, Fanuc) sowie Erfahrung an DMG CTX und/oder Index G220 von Vorteil
> Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
> Bereitschaft zum Schichtbetrieb
> Selbständige, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
> Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbereitschaft
