Seit 1987 fertigen wir am Standort Ellwangen spanabhebende Konstruktionsteile aus Kunststoffhalbzeugen.

In 35 Jahren Firmengeschichte haben wir uns so zu einem etablierten Anbieter für spanabhebende Konstruktionsteile aus Kunststoff entwickelt. Unsere Erzeugnisse werden in allen Bereichen der Industrie und in der Abfüll- und Verpackungstechnik eingesetzt.

Mit über 2000 qm Produktionsfläche in zwei Fertigungshallen und einem modernen CNC-Maschinenpark sowie einem fachlich hoch qualifizierten Personal sind bei uns Präzision und Qualität Standard.

Wir bieten eine Stelle als

### Dreher (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit (37 Std.) ohne Schichtarbeit an.

Aufgabengebiet:

  • Serien an konventionellen Drehmaschinen
  • Drehen von Kunststoff-Rohlingen
  • Drehen von Einzelteilen bis Kleinserien
  • Drehen - Stahl und Edelstahl
  • Prüfen, Messen von Werkstücken
  • Bohren an Ständerbohrmaschine
  • Einpressen von Wellen

Für folgende Maschinen

  • Weiler (Konventionell Drehen)
  • DMG CTX Beta 800 (Heidenhain Steuerung)
  • Weiler E50 (Siemens Steuerung)

Voraussetzungen:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dreher, Zerspanungsmechaniker, Fachkraft Metalltechnik (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar ist wünschenswert
  • berufsübliche Fachkenntnisse
  • präzise Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Motivation
  • erweiterte deutsche Sprachkenntnisse zur allgemeinen Verständigung und für konkrete Anweisungen/Arbeitsaufträge
