  • Bereich der DRG-Fallbegleitung
  • .
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • vollständige Abbildung aller erbrachten Leistungen in der abzurechnenden DRG
  • fallbegleitende Kodierung
  • Teilnahme an Stationsvisiten und regelmäßige Rücksprache mit den behandelnden Berufsgruppen
  • Sicherstellung der lückenlosen Dokumentation in der Patientenakte
  • Beratung der Ärzte zur Optimierung der Kosten-Erlös-Situation hinsichtlich der Verweildauer
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) oder einem anderem medizinischen Beruf im Fachgebiet Somatik und/oder
  • Fortbildung zum klinischen Kodierer oder
  • umfassende praktische Kodiererfahrungen im DRG-System
  • Fähigkeit zum eigenständigen und zielorientierten Arbeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit
