Πρωταρχικός Ρόλος Θέσης

Υπεύθυνος για την παράδοση και παραλαβή δεδομένων από τοποθεσίες πελατών στις εγκαταστάσεις της Iron Mountain ή αντιστρόφως, καθώς και για ενδοδιακίνηση. Ο υπάλληλος θα πρέπει να είναι σε συμμόρφωση με το Κώδικα Δεοντολογίας και Ηθικής Συμπεριφοράς της Iron Mountain.

Κύρια Καθήκοντα

Οδήγηση οχήματος στα προγραμματισμένα δρομολόγια για παράδοση και παραλαβή δεδομένων σύμφωνα με τους χρόνους ανταπόκρισης που απαιτεί ο πελάτης.
Φόρτωση και εκφόρτωση χαρτοκιβωτίων/αρχείων στα Κέντρα
Διαχείρισης της Iron Mountain, με ασφαλή και ακριβή τρόπο.
Άρση/μεταφορά χαρτοκιβωτίων/αρχείων από το όχημα σε προσυμφωνημένες τοποθεσίες παραλαβής του πελάτη, με ασφαλή και ακριβή τρόπο.
Φροντίδα οχήματος: έλεγχος οχήματος πριν και μετά από κάθε δρομολόγιο, τροφοδοσία καυσίμου, διατήpηση καθαριότητας μέσα/έξω και σχετικού αρχείου; αναφορά ελλειπών συνθηκών, ασφαλής οδήγηση σε συμμόρφωση με Κώδικα Οδικής Κυκλοφορίας.
Ευθύνη για διασφάλιση της εμπιστευτικότητας, ακεραιότητας και διαθεσιμότητας της πληροφορίας κατά την πορεία της εργασίας του.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

Απόφοιτος Δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης.
Δίπλωμα Οδήγησης- Λεπτομερής κατανόηση του ΚΟΚ.
Δεξιότητα στην επικοινωνία – συμπεριλαμβανομένου προφορικής, γραπτής και επαγγελματικής παρουσίας.
Βασικές γνώσεις χρήσης Η/Υ.
Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε μεταφορές logistics.
