We're looking for a skilled Drywall Finisher who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and understands the importance of quality, efficiency, and teamwork. What You’ll Do

• •Tape, mud, texture (as required), and finish drywall to Rally Construction Group quality standards
• •Inspect finished surfaces and correct imperfections before paint or builder inspections
• •Sand dried joint compound to create smooth, paint-ready surfaces
• •Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship
• •Work collaboratively with field crews to meet project schedules and builder deadlines
• •Keep work areas clean and organized while following company safety standards
• •Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding job progress and material needs

What You Need

• •Previous experience taping and mudding drywall
• •Experience producing both smooth and textured finishes
• •Ability to sand and prepare drywall for painting
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining productivity
• •Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• •Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments
