Job Title: Power BI Developer

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our existing team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will support the internal Power BI team, accelerate project delivery, and develop high-quality business intelligence solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and SAP integration, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and deliver within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
  • Integrate Power BI with SAP systems and other enterprise data sources.
  • Collaborate with the existing Power BI team to expedite project delivery and meet deadlines.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
  • Perform data modelling, data transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot report performance issues and implement optimization techniques.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow reporting and data governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, CTEs, and query optimization.
  • Practical experience integrating Power BI with SAP systems and working with SAP data sources.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, data modelling, and dashboard development.
  • Experience in developing interactive dashboards and performance-oriented reports.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with an existing technical team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to join immediately or within one week.
