Aktuell suchen wir für Einrichtungen im Ruhrgebiet:

  • Sozialassistent\*in (m/w/d) für den stationären Bereich
  • in Teilzeit mit bis zu 30 Stunden/Woche - individuell und flexibel wählbar.

*Was Du bei uns machst*

  • Du assistierst bei individueller Alltagsbegleitung
  • Du bietest Hilfestellung bei pädagogischen Tätigkeiten
  • Du motivierst und leitest Bewohner*innen/Klient*innen zur Selbständigkeit an
  • Du übernimmst Grundpflegerische Versorgung

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Sozialassistent*in, Heilerziehungspflegehelfer*in o.ä.
  • Du bist einfühlsam
  • Du bist verantwortungsbewusst
  • auf Dich kann man sich verlassen
  • Du bringst ein gewisses Maß an Flexibilität mit
  • Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit sind für Dich keine Fremdwörter

*Wir bieten Dir*

  • Stundenlohn: 18,36 € zzgl. Zuschläge + Jahressonderzahlung (13. Gehalt)
  • Monatlich verbindliches Entgelt: kein Lohnausfall in dienstfreien Zeiten
  • Dienstplanung: Einhalten von Freiwünschen
  • Dienstverträge nach Wunsch: Vollzeit - Teilzeit - Mini-Job
  • 31 Tage Urlaub pro Beschäftigungsjahr
  • Urlaub: plus 2 Tage ab 85 % Produktivität pro Beschäftigungsjahr
  • 100 % Zuschläge: ab dem 3. bzw. 4. freiwilligen Wochenendeinsatz im Monat
  • Attraktive Bonuszahlung: für besonders kurzfristige Einsätze
  • Mobilität: Wohnortnaher Einsatzort + Fahrtkostenpauschale
