Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. Four Seasons Resort Lana'i at Ko'ele is looking for passionate individuals, where you will create exceptional guest experiences, showcase your expertise and enthusiasm, and embody the Golden Rule in every interaction.

The Dual Esthetician & Massage Therapist provides exceptional massage, body, skincare, waxing, and tinting services designed to promote relaxation, wellness, and rejuvenation. This role delivers personalized treatments with the highest level of professionalism and care while ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction and adherence to all Four Seasons service, safety, and operational standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide professional esthetic and massage services, including facials, body treatments, massage therapies, waxing, tinting, makeup applications, and other wellness offerings in accordance with established spa protocols and luxury service standards.

Deliver personalized treatments while ensuring a consistent, exceptional guest experience tailored to individual needs and preferences.

Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, tools, and supplies to maintain a safe, hygienic, and service-ready environment.

Educate guests on personalized skincare and wellness recommendations, treatment benefits, retail products, and service enhancements.

Promote spa services, products, and upgraded experiences that support guest wellness goals and overall satisfaction.

Assist with the setup, breakdown, organization, and reset of treatment spaces to ensure seamless daily operations.

Maintain thorough knowledge of massage, skincare, wellness treatments, products, contraindications, and industry best practices.

• •Prepare and maintain wellness hales, including thermal experiences, amenities, lighting, aromatherapy, and wellness equipment to ensure service readiness.
• •Uphold all Four Seasons service, safety, sanitation, and wellness standards while delivering exceptional guest care.

WHAT TO BRING

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States legal work authorization in United States

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.

Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

Hawaii Licensed Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, is required

Hawaii State Esthetician License is required

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or spa environment

Expertise in massage therapy, anatomy, physiology, contraindications, sanitation standards, draping, guest safety, and luxury spa service delivery, with demonstrated proficiency in modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Lomi Lomi, Reflexology, Prenatal Massage, and other specialty treatments.

Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies and wellness treatments, including oxygen therapy, cryotherapy, microdermabrasion, LED and infrared light therapy, chemical peels, and other specialized skincare services.
