Kombiniere dein Masterstudium mit echter operativer Verantwortung. Statt theoretischer Fallstudien lernst du bei uns, wie anspruchsvolle Geschäftsmodelle an der Schnittstelle von Data-Centern, Liegenschaftsinfrastruktur und moderner Software (Odoo, Python) in die Praxis überführt werden.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Operative Unterstützung: Begleitung von Projekten von der Aufgabenverteilung an Entwickler bis zum Rollout.
  • Markt- & Vertriebsausführung: Vorbereitung und Durchführung strukturierter Outreach-Kampagnen (z. B. an Kommunen und B2B-Entscheider).
  • System- & Datenpflege: Betreuung und Pflege von Odoo-Workflows, Kontaktdatenbanken und internen Statusberichten.
  • Koordination: Schnittstellenarbeit zwischen Strategie, externen Dienstleistern und technischen Umsetzungsteams.

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium und die Zulassung / Absicht für ein entsprechendes Master-Programm (z. B. an einer Partnerhochschule für duale Studiengänge wie IU, DHBW etc.).
  • Hohes Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und moderner Unternehmenssoftware.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
