  • Das duale Studium Data Science und Künstliche Intelligenz mit betrieblichem Schwerpunkt Globaler Kundendienst bei Rolls-Royce Power Systems bietet dir die ideale Verbindung von datengetriebenen Technologien und internationalem Serviceumfeld.
  • Du sammelst wertvolle Praxiserfahrungen im globalen Kundendienst und lernst, wie datenbasierte Lösungen und KI-gestützte Servicekonzepte weltweit implementiert werden. Dabei erhältst du umfassende Einblicke in die Analyse von Kundendaten, die Entwicklung von Prognosemodellen, die Optimierung von Serviceprozessen durch KI sowie die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von After-Sales-Services.
  • Im Rahmen deines Studiums arbeitest du in interdisziplinären Teams an innovativen Projekten und unterstützt uns dabei, datengetriebene, effiziente und kundenorientierte Serviceleistungen für unsere Antriebssysteme weltweit zu entwickeln.
