Das ist deine Aufgabe – Hochwertige Vermarktung & Investoren-Service:

  • Exposé- & Brand-Management: Strategische und visuelle Aufbereitung der Vermarktungsunterlagen für unsere Medical Lodges sowie die digitale Platzierung im Premium-Segment.
  • Investoren-Betreuung: Begleitung von Beratungsgesprächen, Vorbereitung von Verträgen und die professionelle Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Interessenten.
  • Schnittstelle zum Resort: Verknüpfung der Immobilienvermarktung mit den operativen Medical-Wellness- und Lifestyle-Angeboten des Resorts.

Das bringst du mit – Dein Fundament:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Marketingkommunikation oder eine vergleichbare vertriebsstarke Qualifikation.
  • Ein exzellentes Gespür für Ästhetik, verkäuferisches Talent, Eloquenz und absolute Diskretion im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und hervorragende Englischkenntnisse (jede weitere Sprache ist ein massives Plus).
