  • In Kooperation mit der IT & Business School (IBS) in Oldenburg bieten wir ein praxisnahes duales Studium mit einer Dauer von 7 Semestern (3,5 Jahren) an. Im August 2027 startest Du mit einer Praxisphase im Unternehmen am Standort Aurich, Bremen oder Oldenburg. Zusätzlich absolvierst du eine Ausbildung zum/zur Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Fachinformatiker/-in Anwendungsentwicklung. Als Hersteller von Windenergieanlagen verfolgen wir eine zukunftsorientierte IT-Strategie mit Fokus auf Innovation, hohe Sicherheit und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den wertschöpfenden Bereichen. Unser Ziel ist es, die digitale Transformation vom Arbeitsplatz bis zur Rotorblattspitze voranzutreiben. Wir freuen uns, wenn du ein Teil davon wirst!
  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Du löst selbstständig betriebswirtschaftliche und informationstechnische Fragestellungen
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an realen Projekten im Unternehmen mit
  • Du betreust Informations- und Datenverarbeitungssysteme
  • Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen der IT und den jeweiligen Fachbereichen
  • Du unterstützt bei organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Prozessen
  • Du durchläufst, neben der IT, verschiedene Abteilungen, wie z.B. Personal, Sales oder Service
  • Du kannst deine Schwerpunkte in den Praxisphasen proaktiv mitgestalten
  • Deine Qualifikationen
  • Allgemeine Hochschulreife oder Fachhochschulreife
  • Gute Leistungen in Mathematik, Deutsch, Englisch, ggf. Betriebswirtschaft und Informatik
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Erste Programmierkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und digitalen Themen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Offenheit für neue Aufgaben
