Job Description

DynaTen (a Comfort Systems USA Company) has been successfully providing Commercial Service and Construction Solutions to the greater North Texas market. DynaTen is seeking Interns for Summer 2026 to join our team! Our Internships are designed to provide hands-on experience and insight into real-world construction industry experience to help you take your education to the next level! Our internship program is designed to help you not only understand what we do, but how we do business, and why we do it. If you are looking for an experience where you can immerse yourself in a business, establish a network, learn, develop your skills, and have some fun, this is the place for you!

We are currently searching for interns in the following areas of our business:

Construction- Mechanical Engineering

Construction- Construction Sciences

Pre-Construction- Engineering

Service Field

Service Sales

Controls

Safety

The stuff you will do:

Work closely with our business leaders to learn the construction industry

Lean our core values and why they drive everything we do

Translate classroom experience into practical knowledge during the internship

Participate in cross-functional projects involving other interns and business leaders centered around current business challenges

Present real-world business recommendations to senior leadership that can help drive our strategy

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Commitment to integrity and quality

Positive attitude and self-motivated

Proficiency utilizing the Microsoft Office

Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Current College Student

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand, and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is required to stand, walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.
