As the E-Commerce Manager for the Czech Republic, you will drive the local development of our digital sales channels and e-commerce partnerships. As part of our European E-Commerce team, you will ensure that local market requirements are successfully aligned with our overall European strategy while contributing to the continued growth of our business.

Your Responsibilities

• •Act as the central point of contact for e-commerce activities in the Czech market and collaborate closely with the European E-Commerce team to support the execution of local and regional strategies.
• •Develop sustainable growth initiatives with key online retailers and omnichannel partners while continuously strengthening and expanding existing business relationships.
• •Identify, acquire, onboard, and develop new e-commerce partners while increasing the visibility and performance of our products across platforms such as Alza, Allegro, and other relevant channels.
• •Monitor sales performance, market developments, and key e-commerce KPIs to identify growth opportunities and drive successful online campaigns and commercial activities in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
• •Support the maintenance and optimization of online product content and product data quality across partner platforms.

Your Profile

• •You hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable qualification.
• •Several years of professional experience in B2B2C e-commerce, online retail, marketplace management, or digital sales have prepared you to successfully drive online business growth.
• •An analytical mindset and a confident approach to working with e-commerce KPIs, market data, and digital sales channels are among your strengths.
• •Fluent Czech and English language skills, combined with excellent communication and negotiation abilities, enable you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across international markets
