### Deine Mission:

  • Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unserer B2B- und B2C-Onlineshops
  • Betreuung und Optimierung von Produktdaten, Kategorien und Content in Zusammenarbeit mit dem PIM-Team
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Online-Marketing-Maßnahmen (SEO, SEA, Newsletter, Marktplätze)
  • Analyse von Shop- und Kampagnen-Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Steuerung externer Agenturen und Dienstleister im E-Commerce-Umfeld
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Vertrieb, Marketing, IT und Einkauf
  • Marktbeobachtung und Ableitung von Trends für den Werkzeug- und Arbeitsschutzhandel

### Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt E-Commerce, Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce, idealerweise im B2B-Handelsumfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Shop-Systemen, PIM-Lösungen (z. B. Pimcore) und gängigen Analyse-Tools
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
