Zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung suchen wir für 12 Monate eine technisch versierte Persönlichkeit in Teilzeit, die unseren Shop eigenverantwortlich mitmanagt – remote, strukturiert, mit echtem Einfluss.

  • Anstellungsart: Teilzeit, befristet auf 12 Monate (mit Option auf Verlängerung)
  • Einstieg: Ab sofort
  • Arbeitsort: 100 % Remote

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Shopmanagement in Shopify: Produktpflege, Preise, Bestände, Metafelder, Theme-Anpassungen
  • Technische Optimierung: Shopify-Einstellungen, App-Konfiguration, Liquid-Anpassungen
  • SEO: Onpage-Optimierung, Keywordrecherche, Pflege von Produkttexten und Metadaten
  • SEA: Unterstützung bei Google Ads – Kampagnenpflege, Auswertung, Optimierung
  • E-Mail-Marketing: Erstellung und Versand von Newslettern, Automatisierungen (z. B. Klaviyo)
  • Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Retouren und Reklamationen im Backend
  • Kundenbetreuung per E-Mail
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
  • Recherchen zu Produkten, Märkten und Wettbewerbern
  • Vorbereitende Buchhaltung: Belege, Rechnungen, Zahlungsabgleich

Ihr Profil

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Shopify – idealerweise inkl. Liquid oder Theme-Bearbeitung
  • Kenntnisse in HTML/CSS, ggf. JavaScript von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in SEO und Performance Marketing
  • Kenntnisse in E-Mail-Marketing (z. B. Klaviyo, Mailchimp o. ä.)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools, Google Analytics, Search Console und ähnlichen Tools
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis und strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Technische Affinität und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
