Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Dozentin im Bereich Online Marketing mit Herz, Verstand und echter Praxiserfahrung.
Deine Aufgaben
Durchführung von Online-Unterrichtseinheiten (live oder voraufgezeichnet) zu Themen wie:
Social Media Marketing (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Google Ads und SEO
Content-Strategien und Conversion-Optimierung
E-Mail-Marketing und Automatisierung
Analytics und Performance-Auswertung
Erstellung oder Anpassung von Unterrichtsmaterialien (Folien, Praxisbeispiele, Aufgaben)
Aktive Betreuung und Motivation von Teilnehmenden über Chat oder Community-Plattformen
Feedback und individuelle Förderung der Teilnehmer:innen im Lernprozess
Dein Profil
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Online-Marketing (z. B. durch eigene Projekte, Agenturarbeit oder Unternehmertum)
Erfahrung in der Lehre, Weiterbildung oder Schulung (nicht zwingend im formalen Bildungssystem)
Begeisterung für digitales Lernen und Vermittlung komplexer Themen auf Augenhöhe
Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, o. Ä.
Didaktisches Gespür, Empathie und klare Ausdrucksweise
