Early Career Talent Partner - Technology & Platform

We're currently looking for an Early Career Talent Partner to own intern, entry-level, and early career hiring for our Technology & Platform team, building the pipeline of engineers who will build and scale the systems our trading business runs on. This role will be responsible for attracting and hiring high-potential colleagues, developing quality relationships with technical student groups, and building a strong employer brand among the college communities that produce top engineering talent. You will own stakeholder relationships with Technology & Platform leadership and strategically partner with the business to drive hiring and lead best practices in technical talent acquisition.
