Fueling Brains Academy is opening a brand-new campus in Lloydminster in January 2027, and we're hiring the educators who will build it with us.

This is a rare chance to be part of a campus from the very beginning. You'll help shape the culture, welcome our first families, teach a curriculum built around executive function and whole-child development, and grow your career as the campus grows.

OPEN ROLES:

Lead Teacher (ECE Level 2 or 3): Lead your own classroom, plan engaging learning experiences and bring our curriculum to life.

Assistant Teacher (ECE Level 1, 2 or 3): Work alongside the Lead Teacher to support children's learning, routines and wellbeing.

Campus Float Educator (ECE Level 1, 2 or 3): Support classrooms across the campus wherever you're needed, and become a familiar, trusted face to every child and family.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Valid Saskatchewan Early Childhood Educator certification (Level 1, 2 or 3)

Certified in Alberta or another province? Come talk to us. We'll walk you through getting your Saskatchewan certification

Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting

A genuine passion for early learning and child development

Strong communication, teamwork and classroom management skills

Standard First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain before start)

Legally eligible to work in Canada
